Have a wander around the shops, go into the arena and wander around there.
Have first pint of Scarecrow of the festival.
Watch a bit of whatever seems interesting. Find out what time Camille O'Sullivan's on and go see her.
judging by your picture, you wont spend much time putting up your tent.

got the same tent, nice a waterproof it is, went through 2 nights of heavy rain and not a drop inside, wahey.

Weather forecast has calmed down a bit now. A bit of rain overnight but not nearly the amount they were predicting a couple of days ago. One more day and they'll say it'll be dry.. woohoo.
