paolo nutini will never headline! he doesnt have the back catalogue / tunes / stage presence. i will bet 50p on scissor sisters. they headlined bestival a few years ago which is the same size as latitude and they will probably have a new album out by then. i reckon there will be a backlash to that suggestion but they have the tunes and definitely the stage presence. we'll see.

Making scissor sisters headline would be like a kick in the teeth to most people - another novelty camp band. look at the uproar at pet shop boys, grace jones, mika etc.

Flaming Lips Tom Waits David Byrne would be my dream threesome probably.
calhudson a tactical rub with the tips of the fingers just below the balls usually eradicates shaking of the tent, and makes for a very interesting fap

Would love to Belle & Sebastian at Latitude. One of my favourite bands of the last 15 years.

ORIGINAL: phht Belle and Sebastian. Highly highly unlikely I reckon there's s fair chance. Stuart has said that he'll be doing B&S again after the God Help the Girl stuff and there are 8354248 other members of B&S playing with other things this weekend. They'd be big enough to headline Latitude, so might be more attractive to them than other festivals, could see them doing a Franz Ferdinand and doing it as an exclusive, but might be wishful thinking.

If only... But in all seriousness, belle and sebastien are only really liked by people who REALLY like them, ive never heard more than 2 songs by them, and I would say I listen to more music than the average latitude goer. Also, compare how big they are compared to last years healiners, not nearly as big.

They are pretty big, that slow hands song was pretty massive, and also considering they are massive in america/have a tune on guitar hero, theyre alot bigger than belle and sebastien.
