I have swine flu! Its just like normal flu, should be ok in a couple of days so wil be able to make Latitude. I got prescribed Tamiflu as well due to the fact I have a heart condition.

tough break friendo, i was at a chinese resteraunt last night, you get raw food at a buffet and then they cook it in a wok, problem is, i dig chicken, and the guy forgot to give me a new plate, so it still had all loads of raw chicken bacteria on it and stuff, and i didn't want to complain cos he only spoke english and spanish.

basically, what i'm saying it, when i got back, after raw chicken badness and a few pints, i wasn't so good. also, it was our last day on holiday, and we'd just cleaned the bathroom and stuff all day, so i didn't want to dirty it, so i had to hold all that **** in.

i'm gonna wrap the story up now, cos the person i was on holiday with is in my room, and i really don't want them to read the story. but i just wanted you to know that you're not the only once who's suffered brother. i feel your pain.

it was pretty grim treacle, it was all you can eat, and the place was pretty much empty. they had **** loads of sushi there, and i'd never had it before so tried it. afterwards i really had doubts that the kitchen made up a new batch of that much sushi everyday, not good.

Never, ever eat sushi at an all you can eat.
This is relevant to my interests.

You got my sympathy. I learnt that very same lesson when I was in NYC for business. The day before my flight home I went to a local sushi place for dinner. Then spent the entire flight from NYC to Heathrow trying not to be sick or poop myself.

not entirely true there, phht... i had an ayce in toronto last year. $15 a head, you ticked boxes on a form and then passed it across to the guys who made the sushi fresh for you.
i've never eaten so much rice in my life. or raw fish. or random bits of weird wiggly things.

btw, it all stayed down, and didn't cause any unpleasantness afterwards either. maybe i've just got a hardcore system that can deal with these things ;)
