Peter Gabriel would be alright I guess, some of his covers are good, don't like the street spirit one too much though.
I reckon Mark Kozelek would be good in that slot. Would he be well known enough?

i don't think she has, but i remember Rob Da Bank saying he was trying very hard to get her for Bestival last year, so that maybe shows it could be done. would be amazing. x

That's your opinion but wouldn't it be more interesting this year to have someone young people would enjoy than someone like Tom Yorke playing dreary b-sides.
