2009 TICKET INFORMATION

Latitude Festival 2009 – Ticket Information All customers 13 year and above must hold a full price ticket. Under 13 (12 years and under) are free but must have a valid ticket obtainable by ticket holding parents (see below). Weekend Ticket - Standard Camping This is a standard weekend ticket with standard camping included. Required for all persons 13 and over. Weekend Ticket - Family Camping This is a weekend ticket with camping, with a spot in the "quiet" or "family" camping fields. Each person 13 years of age and over within the family will require one of these tickets. THIS IS NOT A GROUP TICKET and will only admit one person per ticket. No single or groups of adults will be permitted in the Family Camping area. Only people accompanied by children 16 or under will be allowed in the Family Camping area. Free Child Ticket Children aged 12 or under will be eligible for free tickets for Latitude Festival 2009 when accompanied by a ticket holding adult. When purchasing your standard tickets you must select the number of children under the age of 13 you are bringing. This is for our numbers and so we can arrange for sufficient facilities. For all agents other than See Tickets please ask the customer to register for there free child ticket by emailing their name, Address, Number of Tickets and either their booking reference or ticket number (for walk in outlets) to childticket(at)festivalrepublic.com For further information please visit the website. Parents may be asked to provide ID with proof of age if the child appears to be over 13 but holding a Child ticket Standard Day Tickets This is a standard day ticket giving access to the arena only. It does NOT include a camping ticket. CHILD DAY TICKET As above Children aged 12 or under will be eligible for free tickets for Latitude Festival 2009. Please register as above. Supplemental tickets: Campervans Every occupant of your campervan must be in possession of a valid weekend ticket with camping. This is simply a supplemental ticket sold per vehicle. If you intend to sleep in your campervan, caravan or trailer tent, you need to pre-purchase a campervan supplement assuring you of a place in the campervan site. Purchase from the website. Please note there are two options: ‘Normal Campervan field’ and’ Family Campervan field’. You must select the type you require. By purchasing a Family Campervan permit all persons aged 13 or over must have a full weekend FAMILY camping ticket. Please also see above for Children 12 and under (Free ticket). No vehicles are permitted in the standard campsite and you will not be permitted to sleep in the car park. Lockers (for small valuables) This year we have teamed up with Lockerhouse to make sure you can keep your gear safe at Latitude Festival. Book now, and be sure to keep your stuff safe all weekend. More info on the website. IMPORTANT! - PLEASE NOTE: the locker sizes are 25cm wide x 15.5cm deep x 10cm high - so they are the right size for small valuables (mobiles, wallets, cameras). Car Parking – Free to ticketholders Age Restrictions 0-13 Must be registered to receive a FREE Children’s ticket. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 18 years old. Don’t take any chances - bring proof of age. Disabled Access Tickets Please see information on Disabled Access on the website. Disabled customers will be provided with one free ticket for their helper, where required. Should additional helper tickets be required, please email info(at)festivalrepublic.com Campsite Opening Times Opens: 2pm Thursday 16th July 2009 (5pm for guest ticket holders) Closes: 12pm Monday 20st July 2009.

There are 4 of us adults going to Latitude and we are taking 7 children,when my sister bought the tickets,in family camping, she requested the childrens tickets,but it wasn't until she had purchased them she realised that she was only allowed to add 6 children.How do we get an extra child ticket?

After reading this I purchased some tickets, being 16 I thought we were Ok to go it alone, however, after reading age restrictions on the actual website it states: 'All 16 years and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 18 years old.' So do you have to be 17 without an adult? Because we've brought tickets and don't want to not be aloud in, Could you confirm that what you say in the above post is correct, and the website wrong? I bloody hope that posts the correct one! xD Thanks.
