Is there any other online ticket agency other than seetickets? Their web site is straining and keeps crashing at worst and at best displaying "service not available - busy" and its been like that for a couple of days. I can't even find Latitude on there at the minute!

UEA box office http://www.ueaticketbookings.co.uk/ I think that you get actual tix straight away in the post from uea rather than a week before the event, which is what happens with seetickets. Its nice to avoid the stress of worrying if they are going to arrive on time. I picked mine up in person, though, so can't be sure

Can highly recommend UEA - ordered them on Friday, came in the post today. Excellent service, SEE could learn a lot from them.

Damn, should have got mine from UEA.
Nobody really had any problems with See in 08 though did they? I thought they sorted it out after 07

Ok am new user, dont quite get how this works....but is anyone else panicking about tickets not arriving? Bought with seetickets but no sign as yet and am as nervous about their arrival as I am excited about going to Latitude for first time! Any helpful views/suggestions?

Do not worry. Your tickets will be dispatched in good time. You can track them or if you are still worried, phone them.
