I have highlighted outlets that sell at face value for cash in the ticket agent thread.

Okay, I might be a bit ambitious here Annie.

Is there any way you can let us know how ticket sales are going? I'm having to hold out to convince 3 other members of my party and I really don't want to find out that it sells out under my little nose. I want weekend camping tickets, if that narrows it down xD

Thank you Annie :)

All outlets (according to the UEA) will charge a £7 booking fee as requested by Latitude.

I just mine from HMV in Norwich (the one that isn't Chapelfield). They seemed to have a reasonable stash and charged £7 booking fee.

Got mine from Norwich Arts Centre, they charged £3 each ticket as I used my card, but said it would have been face value for cash.

Got mine from the UEA box office in Norwich from their website, still charged me £7 booking fee but they have arrived today... Wish i'd gone to the Arts centre though, £3 on top is much better, Nevermind.

mm well we booked through seetickets as well... That's the one you get to from the website isn't it?

Maybe the email address is blocking it or something?

Might try giving them a ring if it doesn't come soon... We have been charged so I do hope it's all okay!!

usual procedure is that Seetickets send the actual tix out about a week before the event. Causes much consternation every year as people start to panic about not getting them in time.

You should get the email confirmation pretty much immediately though.

Anyhow, hope you have a great first Latitude. Once the forums have calmed down a bit about the headliners, its a great place to find out about the bands, comedians and other stuff

Just bought mine from the UEA site. Haven't used it before, is it normally very reliable?

Is there any other online ticket agency other than seetickets? Their web site is straining and keeps crashing at worst and at best displaying "service not available - busy" and its been like that for a couple of days. I can't even find Latitude on there at the minute!

I think that you get actual tix straight away in the post from uea rather than a week before the event, which is what happens with seetickets. Its nice to avoid the stress of worrying if they are going to arrive on time. I picked mine up in person, though, so can't be sure

Cheers matey - how easy is that! Not sure what's causing the problems at See Tickets - Camden Crawl? Anyway, cheers for the heads up!

Can highly recommend UEA - ordered them on Friday, came in the post today. Excellent service, SEE could learn a lot from them.

Damn, should have got mine from UEA.

Nobody really had any problems with See in 08 though did they? I thought they sorted it out after 07

Do not worry.  Your tickets will be dispatched in good time. You can track them or if you are still worried, phone them.
