I'd recommend the Camden Crawl.  Have been for the last 2 years and am going again this year.

the only one I've got coming up is Long Blondes at Cambs Junction. Trying to cut down cos it's almost exammmm time.

I would like to go as I went last year, for the first time, and its like a birthday thing, as my birthday is on the 17th. Howeever, don't really have any money and my birthday present from the parents was Latitude tickets this year lol

Ohhhh also I found out a band called The New Cassettes are playing at Lennons in Southampton on Wednesday for the start of a new indie/electro night so that shall be mega fun!

I saw them last year and met the singer and he was lovely, so will be nice to see them again!

New Cassettes were at Latitude in 2006. One of them signed my friend's sister's borrowed hat!

Gonna see the Hives in Norwich next week, gonna be awesome.
 
Hot Club De Paris (an awesome band from latitude last year) said they probably are gonna play in Norwich in a myspace message to me, that should be good!
 
I also went to see Eels last week, an awesome band (if you can call it a band, it's only the one guy really), who would be perfect for Latitude.

WE ARE SCIENTISTS on sunday at UEA, then a week later THE WOMBATS...i dont really like them, but i got tickets for free so...any gigs are good, especially as SANTOGOLD is supporting them, and she is meant to be the next big thing...
 
also gonna go see THE COURTEENERS at the UEA in october, and i might even go see NATTY at the arts centre in June ????

we are scientists at the uea... not sure about it though cos i loved the first album but the new one is a bit cac really :S

The Breeders, tonight at the Koko club. I can't say I've been blown away by the new album though, unfortunately. Hopefully they'll prove me wrong.
 
Bellowhead are playing Cambridge Junction next Monday (21st April) and if I get a babysitter I'll be going to that because they are a great band. That's a recommendation for you, right there.
 
And I also got tickets for the Neil Young fest at Hop farm (My Morning Jacket, Primal Scream, Supergrass)... I'm looking forward to finally seeing Young but not excited by the support...

we are scientists new album is pretty good dont listen to callhudson, but,
the courteeners are crap they supported babyshambles in manchester in feb and they were rubbish, but im going wombats gone of them loads but still looking forward to it

Good times ahead at Norwich Arts Centre.

Going to see The Kills and iForward Russia! in Birmingham next week, followed in the next few weeks by Lightspeed Champion, Vampire Weekend and MGMT. Other than Radiohead with Bat for Lashes at Victoria Park in June, only have Vetiver at the Barfly for that month.
 
Will be moseying over to Suffolk for the Latitude Festival in July, which I thoroughly recommend, if you haven't had a chance to check out this year's treats yet...
