Okay. Help! I've just booked my tickets for next year but due to a mental blip I've booked a family camping ticket which I don't need. I now have 2 bookings - 1 family camping ticket with camper van pass and the 2nd booking is 3 weekend passes. I don't need the family ticket. Polite suggestions as to what I can do. I can't get hold of a human being at See tickets or Latitude to ask advice? I can't really afford to be £178.00 down just before Christmas. I think it was the excitement of getting the Latitude tickets that made me stuff up the booking.
