OMD. Now THAT was the set of weekend, i realise you want a list of bands to compile an ultimate list but, OMD's itself could NEVER be topped. Completely phenomenal.

Making a playlist to listen to in my flat, sit on the floor, drink the leftover wine/beer and eat the crisps. Not finished yet, but currently looking a bit like this. Glasvegas - Geraldine My Morning Jacket - Holding On To Black Metal Hurts - Stay Adam Ant - Prince Charming Eels - I Like Birds The National - Fake Empire Iron & Wine - Walking Far From Home Bright Eyes - Road To Joy Tim Clare - Favourite Things Poaolao Nuttini (sp?) - That song that's about shoes or something Echo and the Bunnymen - Bring On The Dances Horses Tim Key - One of his poems Not sure what else yet or what order. But as Rob Gordon says "making a great playlist/mixtape takes time, there are rules."

I am short, young and wildly inaccurate.

Damaris So gutted I missed OMD :( Oh no, and after you saying I musn't miss them, it was one of the highlights for me, amazing! Abandoned hubs & son, left them in comedy for Alan Carr and braved it on my own, really glad I did :)
