-Getting in on the Thursday without queueing
-Deciding to take real ale in-a-box - although this meant we got very drunk on Thursday
-The toilets in the arena (and the cleaners)
-The gazebo staying up all weekend
-Meeting Rog!
-The second bridge
-The Chunky Chips and toppings stall (visited 5 times!)
-The music in general (particularly The National, Bright Eyes, The Walkmen, British Sea Power, Anna Calvi, Eels, Lykke Li, Braids, My Morning Jacket)
-The site (as ever)
-The general organisation, compared to previous years (which has never been bad, anyway)
-Sneaking in the still half-full inner bag from one of our real-ales boxes in a rucksack on Sunday evening (well the bar had run out of Hektors)
-Finding an abandoned trolley on Monday morning, which helped us get our gear back in one trip PLUS we got the deposit back for it (double bonus).

-ve
-One really annoying negative was the fools who insisted in sitting in the Word tent (chairs AND picnic blankets) all day Saturday ("oh, it's raining" - diddums).  F**kers sitting down in chairs as soon as a band finishes and not moving to let people leave!

Other than that, only a few minor niggles:
-The bar running out of Hektors
-No urinals in the campsite
-Iron and Wine (my biggest musical disappointment - was expecting more)
-Missing so much other stuff due to all music I wanted to watch - I didn't get much time to just wander round the site and discover stuff
-Traffic queues on Monday (on and off site)
-Overhearing the teenagers in the next tent giving away the Apprentice results
-The weekend going too quickly

Didn't really notice any issue with the water, despite filling up our carrier a couple of times (in hindsight, that was clearly why it took so long to fill on Sunday).
and the man in the driver's seat don't care, with his weird cologne and his magic hair..... it's magic!

only have one negative, so I'll start with that -

-ve - umbrellas held by people wearing raincoats or hats in the obelisk. saying nothing more.

Oh no!  Fraggle hates my kids!

No, Fraggle & I (and many, many others), deeply disapprove of the fact that you need a HUGE umbrella despite wearing hoods up waterproofs; are you aspirins?
Please wear waterproofs that work enough to not block 20 people's views. Oh and pour the excess water on 5 people around you.
Now I feel all grumpy again. Sorry, but really.

The lack of water did take the **** and I fully agree with a previous comment about the small size of film and music.

Ed Sheeran, Paolo Nutini and Bright eyes made it all better though  :)

              Positives:

+ Jason Byrne - partially for being hilarious, partially for carrying on despite the powercut, and partially because I got a free top hat out of it

              Negatives:

              - Comedians who say "I thought that was quite a good one but clearly not..." instead of just powering on when a joke falls flat. Omid Djalili, I'm looking at you in particular here.

Was beginning to think you were employed by Jason Byrne - we are still laughing from his whole set, but that 'it's a feckin puppy, has anyone got any food?' was really funny. Agree about Omid, boo.
I think for your services to comedy, Roger should give you that Obelisk guy's number.

How do you know it's a HUGE umbrella- it might be very very tiny kids!
To be fair- given the height of my kids I think it is very unfair to criticse them in comparison with the number of six foot high people who will push there way boistrously through the crowd three songs into a set and then happpily plant themselves squarely in front of a 4 foot high kid completely blocking their view.  My kids only had the umbrella up once all weekend (it was a particularly torrential moment) and there was noone behind them (except me).

If they were happier with an umbrella, I'm glad they had an umbrella. Honestly...

                  Hope they had a hoot.

You are appreciated, by many people - me for example - you all do a great job, always.  And, btw, it was nice to meet you the other day in that big hilly field near Ledbury, I hope you've managed to catch up on your sleep! (I haven't, yet, mostly due to Wizz Air's sudden liking for pre-dawn check-in times).
