Hi ...I haven't received my ticket yet (see tickets) should I be worried??? 

No don't worry yet. In previous years I've always got mine the Monday or Tuesday in the sam week as Latitude. Yes that's cutting it fine but they have always arrived. I saved myself the stress this year by ordering from the UEA and I had them 2 days later.

Ah the panic of Seetickets delivery begins. Used Gigantic this year (arrived start of last month) as couldn't deal with the Seetickets stress again of them being delivered late and DURING THE DAY when I'm work and trying to re-arrange delivery.

Yes, phone TicketMaster, phoning whomever you're getting your ticket from is always the best thing to do.  I hope you get some reassuring news.

The problem is, they dont have a phone line to cal up instead they have a flawed emailing system which wont send it to them!
 
im getting very angry and upset about the lack of respect from ticketmaster. I got an email today saying that my day tickets to reading festival have been dispached and should be here tomorrow but my latitude tickets are sitting in a wear house somewhere and should be leaving soon but "they dont know when yet" is quite frankly appauling!
im angry in case you couldnt tell!

no news on tickets. i attemped to call ticketmaster today and i simply got "oh no they are just being processed and made."
 
im sorry but am i crazy for thinking its awfully late for the tickets to be getting made and processed? im asking anyone who might know anything about (in case of emergency) just in case things go belly up with Ticketmaster, what i should do ?

Dunno if this will help, but here is some information for you. Ticketmaster customer service is based in Manchester. I live in Manchester. I know some people who have worked for Ticketmaster customer service. Everyone who works for Ticketmaster customer service is an absolute idiot. Most of them are white people with dreadlocks who somehow think that they are still alternative and have a job in the music industry just because they spend their working days telling bellowing Ticketmaster customers that their tickets will arrive shortly.
 
Seriously tho, everyone I have ever met with dreadlocks worked for ticketmaster. And everyone I ever met who worked for ticketmaster had dreadlocks. 
 
People with dreadlocks are idiots (apart from black people. Sorry to be so blunt but it is true isn't it so there's no harm in saying it. Even black people with dreadlocks can be terrible e.g. Bob Marley)
 
I know forum admin Roger had natty dreads once but that means nothing.

I actually/probably would if I could, but I'm in Retford (Google it... if it's on any maps) so they're hard to come by here.  If you can hang-on until the middle of September when I get home I'll organise a whole stack of 'Akivist' and 'A!' and 'PokaPoka' for you.

Thanks annie, i called them again yesterday and they said that i should get them anytime between 9-11 am tomorrow morning so i'm sure things will be fine.

Amazingly, have got a lot of praise for Viagogo this time round, was a great service alround, even had a nice handrwitten note in the envelope saying 'Glad someone could go - hope the sun shines'
