We watched Factory Girl instead, fab film.

Last night i saw Rare Exports : A Christmas Tale. Getting over the fact that our crap multiplex actually showed a small release (and a movie with subtitles!!!), it were very good!!! The ending was rushed (apart from the VERY END, which was cute), but it was good. Kinda a kids fairy tale with blood and lots of old men's penis's. 8/10.

Gonna watch High Fidelity again today I reckon, it's such a pick me up.

DVD last night, saw Moon for the first time even though it's a couple of years old. quite good with obvious points of reference from both 2001 and (non violent aspects of ) bladerunner.

Last Night. Firday night. Weekend! WOO!! What do i watch? To get in the mood for a 'party'? This Is England. Typical. Anyway, its bloody good. You have already seen it all already. 9.5/10.

neither really. The cinematic equivilant of prozac? Cuts out the highs & lows?  (jeez im tired).
 
Anyway, a couple of days ago i watches The Kingdon. Which didnt really know if it was a balls out action flick or a political message movie. So tried to be both. And wasnt really neither. Enjoyable enough, though. 6/10.

Watched Bande a part for the first time on tuesday night, it was brilliant.

Last movies watched - Planet Terror and Home Alone.

Watching National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation right now. Surely one of the funniest christmas films of all time, even grouchland's dad agrees with me.

Like Moz I went along to see the Rare Exports film. Unlike Moz, I didn't like it so much. The premise was great and for the most part it went along well enough, the scenery is lovely, but the ending was terrible and the very last scenes were absolutely absurd and made no sense at all and not in a good way.

Like Grouchland's dad and Maddix I watched National Lampoon's Christmas this afternoon. I enjoyed it, but it is sadly not the best of the Griswald efforts and actually gets pretty bleak in places. 

What a moaning minny.

I'm watching Die Hard on FILM4 at the moment. It is very ACTION PACKED! and FUN! isn't it.

FORGETTING SARAH MARSHALL - this was very average and completely forgetable.

went to see that 127 hours last night. it was pretty good, that scene everyone keeps going on about is barely as badman as it's made out to be, not necessarily a criticism though.

sidenote: does anyone else find it pretty cringeworthy that every film you see at the cinema these days is fronted by a 2 minute clip from a mobile phone company taking the **** out of artistic integrity?
