Really wanted to but think he clashed with Arcade Fire.

I missed him once to watch Camera Obscura, Passion Pit and Spiritualized or something. 2/3rds of those were cack, pretty annoying.

Camera Obscura were good, I remember the sound cut out halfway through though.

Is this in 09? I thought there were pretty disappointing. 

Yeah this was 09, it was quite a subdued performance but I did enjoy it.

"Subdued" maybe but I thought they were really boring and charmless.

Camera Obscura are a weird live band. Sometimes they are pretty dull and look like they want to be anywhere but onstage (Latitude 09) whereas other times they are bloody brilliant.

Still a wonderful band though.

I recently saw Dinner for Schmucks. It were patchy at best. 5/10.

I also recently saw Piranha 3D. Which, after the first half hour of drivel, was most entertaining!! 7.5/10.

By the way, What is the general concensious on 3D? I was a hater. Untill i saw Piranha 3D. But i think that is also coz, most of the 2D movies i saw before is in 'RealD'. I saw Piranha in 'XpanD'. Which was much more sharper & clearer. :)

Watching Jackie Brown on More4. Such a wonderful film.

I have just seen Moon. I wished the crappy cinema's here in MK wouldve shown it for mre than a week. Coz then i couldve seen it sooner & on a big screen. ITs a corker of a flick.

Micheal Cera heads into a meeting with his Spanish agent after another box office success in which he plays a well intentioned, but awkward youg man who inevitably gets the right girl in the end.

"What can I do for you?", asks Santos, Micheal's Spanish agent. "Well," says Micheal to Santos. "I really appreciate all the work you're getting me, and my fees are going up, and young people seem to really connect with me, but I feel like I just keep making a variant on the same movie, in which I play the same character, again and again, and ultimately, I'm just worried that my goodwill will soon run out!"

Santos takes a moment, looking into the worried eyes of his young client. He reclines on his neat office chair.
